Crafting an engaging story for your presentation isn’t about adding random anecdotes. It’s about structuring your narrative strategically.
Begin with an intriguing fact, a question, or a surprising statement that sets the tone for your story.
Whether it’s you, a customer, or a hypothetical character, ensure your audience can see themselves in your story.
Every story needs a challenge or obstacle. Show how the character overcomes it, and tie the resolution back to your main message.
Engage the senses with descriptive language. Make your audience see, hear, and feel the story as you tell it.
Example: Instead of saying, “Our team worked hard to fix the issue,” say, “Our team burned the midnight oil, facing one challenge after another, until we finally cracked the code.”
